Meet our Operations Director
My passion for creating truly seamless integration in luxury weddings runs deep, dating back to my academic years while pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Kelaniya, with majors in English, Chinese, and International Studies. I began freelancing with Lights and Magic International, now an internationally accredited luxury destination wedding videography company as a Content Creator and Clients Coordinator, which gave me immediate, invaluable insight into the high expectations and bespoke desires of elite destination couples worldwide. This interest soon led me to launch a small social media-based wedding planning and coordination startup, even while holding a full-time professional job as a Lecturer at a reputed educational institution in Sri Lanka. Recognising that my true commitment lay with luxury destination events, I resigned from my full-time lecturing career, fully dedicating myself to this passionate wedding industry. This led me back to Lights and Magic, where I took on a full-time position as Operations and Client Services Manager.
This pivotal role, complemented by the strategic foundation of my Master of Business Administration (MBA) from London Metropolitan University, gave me in-depth, 360-degree operational mastery over every logistical layer of a destination wedding. I quickly realised that while incredible vendors specialised in one service, luxury couples consistently demanded a unified, all-in-one vendor solution for true ease and budget considerations. This Wedding Management Company was launched to answer that need directly, offering an experience that goes beyond simple planning or coordination. My vision is to focus on managing every aspect of weddings, from the initial day you start the journey to designing, customised decorations, photography, videography, food and all other related and non-related aspects of your celebration. I will passionately translate my years of comprehensive operational mastery in luxury destination weddings anywhere in the world into an effortless, five-star full wedding management experience, ensuring your luxury celebration is perfectly unified and beautifully executed.
